It’s fall. And if you’re anything like me, you probably love this season. But I’ve noticed that too many of us women over 50 watch fall happen instead of truly living it.

We spend September catching up after summer. And in October, we’re racing toward the holidays.

November brings the stress of Thanksgiving. And before we know it, Christmas decorations are everywhere and another beautiful season has slipped by.

Not this year, though. This year is different.

This year we’re creating memories, laughing more, trying new things, saying yes to adventures, and making this our happiest, healthiest, most joyful fall yet.
